BM Rosendahl confirms production line acceptance by GS Yuasa 150 150 Batteries International

July 5, 2024: On July 3, BM Rosendahl, the lead and lithium battery machine manufacturer, announced the successful commissioning of its industrial lead-acid battery production line for GS Yuasa which is now ready to be shipped to Japan. GS Yuasa representatives visited the firm in Austria to proof-test the line and to verify its performance.

“Our collaboration with GS Yuasa has been a journey of innovation and excellence,” said BM Rosendahl. “The shared expertise and commitment to quality from both teams have been essential in achieving this milestone.”

BM Rosendahl also announced that it has recently joined the European Battery Manufacturing Alliance, known as the upcell Alliance. “As an equipment supplier, we are eager to leverage our battery production expertise and collaborate with upcell partners to enhance the European battery value chain together,” said BM Rosendahl.

The upcell Alliance is a non-for-profit association bringing together key European leaders along the battery value chain manufacturing. Its founding members include strong private and public companies: Verkor, Fives, Schneider Electric, Bühler, Ingecal, IN-CORE Systèmes and HESAM University.

The board of directors also includes BlueSolutions, Basquevolt and Elinor Batteries.

The association is supported by the government of Catalonia, the French government, as well as French and European public organizations including the CSF Nouveaux Systèmes Energétiques, French automotive industry association (PFA), Cluster Auvergne Rhônes-Alpes (CARA), EIT InnoEnergy and EVOLIS.
