February 29, 2024: Registration has opened for ELBC 2024 — this will showcase latest innovations in lead battery technologies when the event opens in Milan in September.
The Italian fashion capital will turn the spotlight on the global technical lead battery conference from September 16-19 when ELBC, now in its 38th year, opens at the Mico Convention Center in the heart of Milan’s industrial and cultural quarter.
ELBC, jointly organized by the ILA and CBI, will cover the latest updates on global lead battery innovation from automotive to energy storage applications plus batteries for motive power, industrial and micro-mobility.
This year, two key workshops precede the main conference — a discussion on the current and future use of lead batteries in energy storage in different regions of the world, plus a briefing to consider the implications of the EU’s new Batteries Regulation on the global industry.
In addition, ILA executive director Andy Bush said there will be several networking events, not least a gala Italian evening “inspired by the fabulous city of Milan”.
