September 12, 2024: East Penn has been ranked as one of Pennsylvania’s Best-In-State Employers for 2024 by Forbes and Statista. This is the second time the company has been named to the list. 

The ranking is based off an anonymous survey given to 160,000 employees across the country working at companies with at least 500 people.

The survey is conducted periodically over the course of the previous three years to allow for a robust evaluation of an organization’s performance. An employer’s final score is determined on a state-by-state basis.

Survey participants were asked how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10. Additionally, respondents were asked to evaluate employers they’d worked for within the past two years, and organizations they knew within their industry or through friends or family who worked there. 

“Not only is this recognition an honor, it’s also validation of what we already knew: East Penn has a wonderful team of people,” said Chris Pruitt, East Penn’s CEO and President. “We will continue to support each other and maintain the special culture we have created here.”
