January 30, 2025: Registration opens in February for this year’s outing of the International Lead Conference — Pb2025 — to be held in Amsterdam in June.

Organized by the International Lead Association, the two-day conference will start on June 25, bringing together companies and organizations from across the lead value chain to discuss market updates and industry challenges.

Five key themes of Pb2025 will be markets, regulation, sustainability, communications and battery innovation, the ILA said.

The conference will include a Consortium for Battery Innovation workshop focused on the future of lead batteries in supporting EV auxiliary applications and ESS opportunities in large-scale energy systems.

CBI said the workshop will be led by its executive director, Alistair Davidson.
