Dukosi, the Scotland-based chip-on-cell tech battery systems firm, announced on September 9 it had appointed Graeme Cook as chief financial officer.

Cook, who has more than 25 years of senior management experience across operations in the semiconductor, electronics and software development industries, has been working as interim CFO at Dukosi for the past eight months.

Before joining the company Cook was COO at Apsis Business Components, a resource planning and project management SaaS company for the built environment and construction industries.

Dukosi said Cook’s experience in financial management and strategic development will support the firm as it scales up to meet demand for its Dukosi Cell Monitoring System (DKCMS) and moves to commercialisation of the firm’s C-SynQ tech.

C-SynQ is a communications protocol for EVs, industrial transportation and stationary energy storage markets. DKCMS monitors installed on cells capture accurate measurements of voltage and temperature using C-SynQ.

Batteries International reported in November 2025 that Dukosi had won an innovation award for its technology from the European Association of Automotive Suppliers (CLEPA) in Brussels.
