January 9, 2026: Eternity Technologies has announced an exclusive Canadian distribution deal with CellCare Batteries.

Eternity said the company was ending 2025 on a high note by agreeing an arrangement for CellCare to distribute Eternity Batteries in Canada.

Details of the deal were not disclosed, but Eternity said CellCare was a trusted leader in industrial battery solutions, with strong expertise across motive and reserve batteries, as well as service, maintenance and technical support.

Eternity said CellCare’s customer-focused approach and deep market knowledge made them an ideal partner to represent the brand in Canada.

“Together with CellCare, we look forward to delivering reliable, high-performance battery solutions to customers across Canada and building long-term value in the market.”

Gurpal Singh Sidhu established CellCare Batteries in 2017 after successfully operating businesses in India and England. The company’s services include installing and commissioning industrial UPS standby batteries and providing a range of battery parts and accessories, including auto-fill watering systems.

Batteries International reported last June that Eternity was preparing to launch operations at its North American HQ and a cutting-edge battery manufacturing facility in Arizona.

The $20 million development in Phoenix will be one of the first outside Eternity’s flagship factory in the United Arab Emirates to deploy its state-of-the-art fill and formation system for the new QUASAR VRLA product series.
