February 13, 2026: The clock is ticking for papers and student award submissions for this year’s European Lead Battery Conference (ELBC 2026).

The deadline for submissions for ELBC 2026 is next week.

The event, which takes place from September 15-18 in Vienna, is jointly organized by the International Lead Association and the Consortium for Battery Innovation.

Conference organizers are calling for participants to share leading research and insights in lead battery innovation, from energy storage systems to low-voltage EVs, motive power, micro-mobility and industrial applications.

Students have been invited to submit a research topic for a chance to attend and present at the Vienna conference, with travel and accommodation fully covered.

The conference, expects some 1,000 attendees and 140 exhibitors will attend.
