March 11, 2026: ENTEK Asia has scooped a prestigious supplier of the year award from Tokyo-based Energywith.
The Asian arm of the lead and lithium battery separator group said on March 6 it had been presented with the award last month.

Energywith, whose business includes battery systems that monitor the status of power supply systems and lead acid batteries for forklifts, said the annual award is presented to a supplier that has made outstanding quality improvements, on-time delivery, cost reductions, and significant efforts to preserve the environment.

The company also produces a range of backup power systems, together with battery storage for various applications including communications equipment, datacenters and substations.

Energywith president Shoichi Hirota presented the award in Tokyo to ENTEK Asia president Rob Keith and MD Daigo Furuichi.

In 2024, ENTEK won BCI’s annual Innovation Award for its solvent-free separator technology.
